Tara Powder
Tara powder is produced by grinding tara pods. It is now used primarily in leather tanning, but it is also a source for obtaining gallic acid and its derivatives.
We also supply coarsely ground Tara powder for the extraction of tannins, gallic acid, and derived products.

Tara Gum
Tara gum is a gum derived from the seeds of the Tara tree , Caesalpinia Spinosa, a small tree native to Peru. Our Solgum gum is produced through a special grinding process of the endosperm from the seeds contained in the Tara pods.
Current applications for Solgum include frozen dairy desserts, cultured dairy products, functional foods and beverages, baked goods, condiments, and sauces.

Snack Products
Peruvian snacks stand out for their authentic flavor and unique origin. Brazil nuts from Madre de Dios are carefully processed to preserve their freshness and texture, while giant corn from Cusco offers exceptional kernels that reach their characteristic size only in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
This selection is complemented by Sevillana-style green and black olives from the Tacna valleys, selected for size and quality. Together, these products represent natural, versatile, and reliable ingredients for direct consumption or for use in baking, pastry making, and snack mixes.

Botanical Products
The Peruvian botanical products we offer come from unique ecosystems and have been traditionally used for their natural properties. Notable among them are Ratania Root, known for its astringent properties; Molle Seeds, prized as a seasoning and source of essential oils; and Cat’s Claw Bark, valued for its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. Added to these is Maca, an Andean superfood recognized for its energy and nutritional benefits.
These ingredients represent Peru’s natural wealth and form part of our offering of sustainable and traceable botanicals for the food, nutraceutical, and wellness industries.
