Olives
(Olea Europea)

We work with top-quality Sevillana-type green and black olives, which we sort by size and package in drums or buckets according to customer needs. Our olives come from the Tacna valleys in southern Peru. Our green olives are ideal for eating whole, pitted, or stuffed, while the flavor and texture of our black olives make them perfect for eating straight out of the jar.

Chestnuts - Brazil nuts
(Bertholletia Excelsa)

The Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa) is produced in Madre de Dios, in the southern rainforest of Peru. The tree, known as the Brazil nut tree, is one of the tallest trees in the Amazon rainforest, reaching heights of over 40 meters. Brazil nuts are harvested in their shells; we shell the nuts in Madre de Dios and perform the final selection and grading at our facilities in Lima. Brazil nuts are used as snacks, as well as in baked goods and desserts.

Giant Corn from Cusco
(Zea Mays)

The Giant White Corn of Cusco grows only in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, near Cusco, in the southern Andes of Peru. It is a white corn of exceptionally large size, making it unique in the world. Giant Cusco corn seeds have been tested in different regions, but the corn never reaches the size of the original variety from the Sacred Valley in Cusco. It is mainly consumed roasted, as a snack.
